What cannot change.
From softest to hardest: what you control, what the market controls, what the contract enforces, and what nobody controls. The last list is the one that matters at 3 a.m.
You control
- Your balance. Only your wallet's keys can move your DIEC.
- Your trades. Buying and selling are your decisions, at the market's price.
- Your verification. The contract's readings are public; checking them needs no permission.
The market controls
- The price, set in ETH on Uniswap v4. No rule in the contract sets it, floors it or caps it.
- The Pool's depth beyond the fee's contribution — liquidity is a market fact.
The contract enforces
- The Trade Fee: always 2%, on every trade.
- The split: every transfer reads the struck face and divides the fee exactly as it commands.
- Retirement and deepening: the two destinations, and no third.
Nobody controls
- The struck face. Written at construction; no setter, no second strike, no restrike authority.
- The fee and the supply. Fixed constants; nothing accepts a new value.
- Issuance. Retired DIEC is never reissued, and no new DIEC can be created.
- Balances and the market's switch. No authority can shift a balance, and there is no pause.
Read the four lists as a gradient: the closer a rule sits to the bottom, the fewer hands can touch it — and the bottom list has no hands on it at all.
